The

 regulatory
 proceeding
 herein,
 R76—6,
 was
 filed
before
 the
 Board
 by
 the
 Central
 Illinois Public Service
 Co.
 (CIPS)
on
 March
 3,
 1976
 pursuant
 to
 the
 then
 existing
 Rule
 203(1)
 (10)
 of
the
 Board’s
 Water
 Pollution
 Regulations.
 On June
 9,
 1977,
 in
 R77-7,
the
 Board
 amended
 the
 procedural
 aspect
 of
 203(i)
 (10)
 changing
the
 procedure
 from
 regulatory
 to adjudicative in nature
 in order
to
 simplify
 the
 manner
 in
 which
 alternative
 thermal
 standards
 could
 he
 determined
 for
 specific
 sites.
 Since
 the
 procedures
used
 in
 R76—6
 fulfill
 the
 requirements
 of
 the
 new
 adjudicative
procedure under Rule 203(i) (10) (cc)
 and since the I3oard can
find
no potential prejudice to any person,
 the Board on its own motion
hereby changes this matter
 to an adjudicative proceeding,
 assigns
it docket number PCB 78-271,
 and
 incorporates the total record of
R76—6 therein.
 The Board also on its own motion hereby dismisses
R76—6 as being repetitive of the action in PCB 78-271.
