On January 10, 1990, the Environmental Protection Agency(Agency) filed a request to extend the public comment period inthis matter for an additional 30 days, from January 15 untilFebruary 15, 1990.
The
Agency attached a letter from the Chief of the Drinking WaterSection, Region 5 of the USEPA, agreeing that the extension forthe Agency would be beneficial.
The Board grants the Agency’s motion.
