Abstract:	ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD January 6, 1994IN THE MATTER OF: ) R93—22RCRA SUBTITLE D AMENDMENTS ) (Identical in Substance Rule)Proposed Rule. During that time period, USEPA only amended its landfill regulations at 58 Fed. The amendments affected landfill operations only to the extent thatthey state the interplay of two governing sets of regulations:the RCRA Subtitle D rules (40 CFR 256—258) and the federal sludgemanagement rules (40 CFR 503). Therefore no action is necessary in this docket and the Board hereby dismisses the proceeding.
