STATUTORY AND REGULATORY BACKGROUND
Belleville seeks an adjusted standard from the Board’s CSO disinfection requirements at35 Ill. Ag. Rec. at 2.Currently, Belleville is in the process of replacing the original 88th Street Lift Station,which serves an estimated population of 3,400 in western Belleville.
