  • Open burning shall be conducted pursuant to conditions 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e,
2f, 2j, 2k, 2l, 2m, 2n, 2o, and 2s set forth by the Board in Ensign Bickfordv.
  • IEPA, PCB 00-24, (Nov. 7. Petitioner shall maintain records for each burn and the specific type and weight of
waste burned. Illinois Supreme Court Rule 335 establishes filing requirements that apply when the IllinoisAppellate Court, by statute, directly reviews administrative orders.
