The Agency filed a proposal on October 21, 1993 for the repealof these regulations.
The repeal of
the Stage II vapor recovery rules for the Metro-East area does notaffect the similar Stage II rules that presently apply in the Chicagometropolitan area.

held public hearings on June 22, 1993, in Peoria, and June 23,1993, in Morris.
