Lewis, AC 07-31, slip op. Pet.) on July 8, 2009, which stated that he did not
understand that there was an ongoing violation on his property, but that he was “willing to work
with the [Agency] to get all matters resolved.” Am. Garrison Gross, an inspector at the Agency’s Marion Regional Office, and
respondent. at 2 (March 15, 2007). On March 15, 2007, the Board found
respondent violated Section 21(p)(1) of the Act (415 ILCS 5/21(p)(1) (2012)) and directed
respondent to pay a penalty of $1,500.
