- I believe that Governor Quinn does not understand the actual situation and has
acted too hastily.
- If the river terminals will be prevented from
handling petroleum coke (pet coke) because these proposed regulations cannot be met, my
fear is that the pet coke will stop being handled in Chicago and diverted to nearby states .
- As a
