- On March 20, 2009, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency Division of Air
Pollution Control (the "Agency") issued a Clean Air Act Permit Program ("CAAPP") renewal
permit ("Permit") to Ameren Energy Generating Company ("Ameren") for the facility at 1820
Power Plant Road, Grand Tower, Illinois (the "Facility").
