- The Board revisited the designation of the UDIP as a General Use water at second notice.
- The
Board will then summarize the first-notice proposal and second-notice proposal.
- On July 21, 2008, the Board denied the motion to stay
and directed the parties to proceed with additional hearings already scheduled.
- Hearings were held in Des Plaines: April 23 and 24, 2008, and December 2 and 3, 2008.
