that 39.2 was not followed.
- CLI has after being exposed
admitted to its plans to dispose of hundreds of
federal hazardous waste cleanups in the Chicago
area at its facility.
- Obviously, CLI wants the money
that is in favor of landfilling, but it may make
more sense to look for more permanent solutions,
not temporary ones like landfilling.
