On August 7, 2014, at the parties’ request, the Board extended until November 5, 2014,
the time period for J.D.
- Streett and Company, Inc.
- Adm. Code 105.406. The determination concerns J.D. Streett’s
underground storage tank (UST) site located at 701 South Park Avenue in Herrin, Williamson
County. Because J.D. Streett failed to timely file an appeal, the Board
dismisses this case and closes the docket.
