- In this case, the People allege that respondent violated Sections 21(a), (d)(1), (d)(2),
(e), and (p)(1) of the Act (415 ILCS 5/21(a), (d)(1), (d)(2), (e), and (p)(1) (2012) and Section
812.101 of the Board’s Waste Disposal Regulations (35 Ill. See 35 Ill. Adm. Code 103.300(a).
Under the proposed stipulation, the respondent does not affirmatively admit the alleged
