PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO 35 ILL.
- The year-round chloride standard will not be effective
until three years after the effective date of the rules.
- On November 15, 2007, the Board granted a motion to hold
hearings in Chicago and Joliet.
- The Board also granted a motion filed by the Environmental Groups
to sever the dockets.
- Hearings were held in Des Plaines:
April 23 and 24, 2008, and December 2 and 3, 2008.
