- This Petition is brought pursuant
to Section 35 ofthe Act, 415 ILCS 5/35, and Part 104 of Chapter 35 ofthe Illinois

the Lemont Refinery filed an Amended Petition and the Agency filed its Recommendation, with
certain conditions to reflect the changed circumstances.
- The Board, therefore, issued a further opinion and
order on October 18, 2012, in PCB 12-94.
