Control Volatile Organic Material Emissions
On May 6, 2010, the Illinois Pollution Control Board adopted a second-notice opinion
and order proposing air pollution regulations.

- The proposed air regulations would reduce emissions of volatile organic material (VOM)
for Group II Consumer & Commercial Products in ozone nonattainment areas classified
as moderate and above in order to meet Illinois’ obligations under the Clean Air Act
