- Board Adopts Second Notice Proposal to Reduce Volatile Organic Material Emissions
On March 15, 2012, the Illinois Pollution Control Board adopted a second-notice proposal to
amend Part 223 of the Board’s regulations addressing volatile organic material (VOM) emissions
from various consumer products and aerosol coatings.
