- For the reasons below, the Board directs the Clerk to provide public notice of the
stipulations, proposed settlements, and requests for hearing relief.
- 1 Section 9.1(d)(1) of the Act prohibits anyone from violating any provisions of Section 111, 112,
165, or 173 of the federal Clean Air Act (CAA) or federal regulations adopted thereunder.
- Any
person may file a written demand for hearing within 21 days after receiving the notice.
