- Board Adopts Amendments to Administrative Rules
The Board, on October 16, 2014, adopted amendments to its administrative rules at Part 2175 of
Title 2 of the Illinois Administrative Code.

- The Board is amending these rules to update the public information provisions by removing the
reference to a subscription for the Environmental Register, and updating provisions in response
to amendments to the Freedom of Information Act.
