- Board Adopts Amendments to Vapor Recovery Rules
The Board, on November 7, 2013, adopted a second-notice opinion and order to amend the
Board’s air pollution rules.

- Code 201, 218, and 219
for second-notice review by the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR).
- After JCAR’s
second-notice review, the Board intends to adopt final amendments and file them with the
Secretary of State to provide a calendar year 2013 effective date for these amendments.
- Simultaneously using ORVR and incompatible Stage II systems results in greater
refueling emissions than if only ORVR were to be used.
- Additionally, the amendments will
remove the requirement for installing Stage II system...
