- Board Adopted Changes to Procedural Rules On January 24, 2013, the Pollution Control Board adopted a single amendment to the Board’s existing procedural rule codified at 35 Ill. - Adm. - Code 101.108 9(d) Conforming to P.A. - 93-509 Re Board Majority (R13-9). - The amendment clarifies that the affirmative votes of a three Member majority of this five Member Board is required to adopt a Board decision. - Hard copies may be obtained from the Clerk’s office upon payment of reproduction fees as prescribed by Section 6 of the Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140/6].
