On December 15, 2009, the Illinois Pollution Control Board adopted for second notice
amendments to its special waste regulations and corresponding amendments to its used
oil management standards.

August 20, 2009 the Board adopted a second first notice proposal in Proposed
Amendments to the Board’s Special Waste Regulations Concerning Used Oil, 35 Ill.
- Additionally, the Board opened a subdocket B in this rulemaking in order to address three
definitions in Sections 739.100, 808.110, and 809.103, none of which were included in
the Board’s second first-notice opinion and order.
