Illinois Pollution Control Board Grants Provisional Variance to Exelon
Generation Company, LLC
Chicago – On October 3, 2002, the Illinois Pollution Control Board
granted a ten-day provisional variance from certain thermal discharge limitations
in Exelon’s National Pollution Dishcarge Elimination System (NPDES) permit
