The Illinois Pollution Control Board, on November 15, 2007, adopted for final-notice a
proposal to amend Parts 810 and 811 of the Board’s regulations governing solid waste
disposal and standards for new solid waste landfills.

- These amendments are substantively unchanged from those proposed in the
Board’s second-notice opinion and order dated October 4, 2007.
