package opinion and order in the rulemaking entitled Noise Rule Update: Amendments
to 35 Ill.
- The Board initiated this rulemaking to amend and update the Board’s noise rules.
- The basis for these changes is the American National Standards
Institute updates from the years 1998-2001.
