Board Proposes First Notice Amendments to its Procedural Rules (May)
On May 7, 2015, the Board adopted an opinion and order proposing procedural rule amendments for a second first-notice publication in the Illinois Register. The Board had previously adopted amendments for first-notice publication on February 19, 2015. However, following substantive amendments, the Board proposed the rule amendments for first-notice publication a second time. The proposal will amend Parts 101, 103, 104, 106 and 108 of the Board’s procedural rules. Specifically, the proposal will amend the Board’s procedural rules for out-of-state attorneys and service of filings. The proposal will also amend the Board’s procedural rules for variances and administrative citations.
