On February 19, 2015, the Board adopted an opinion and order proposing procedural rule amendments for first-notice publication in the Illinois Register. The proposal will amend Parts 101, 103, 106 and 108 of the Board’s procedural rules. Specifically, the proposal will amend the Board’s procedural rules for out-of-state attorneys and service of filings. The proposal will also amend the Board’s procedural rules for administrative citations filed pursuant to Section 23.1 of the Public Water Supply Operations (PWSO) Act (415 ILCS 45/23.1).

The proposal will also

the Board by requiring those attorneys to comply with Illinois Supreme Court Rule 707.
