On page 4, the petition states, "It should be noted that in virtually no event are all of the
hammers in the facility in operation at the same time." Pet. /d.(a) Please address whether the more realistic worst case scenario also includessimultaneous operation of all the other hammers at the Clifford-Jacobs facility.
