The Agency alleged that on
September 27, 2013, respondents violated Sections 21(p)(1) and (7), of the EnvironmentalProtection Act (415 ILCS 5/21(p)(1) and (7) (2012)) by open dumping waste leading to litter andin a manner resulting in deposition of general construction or demolition debris, or cleanconstruction or demolition debris. Adm. Code 108.202(b). The Board therefore grants Agency’s motion, dismisses Gand E from the case.
