Dear Honorable Members of the Illinois Pollution Control Board,As a local elected official and resident, I write to you today to express my support for the abovementioned variance request by Illinois Power Holdings (IPH), a Dynegy subsidiary.
I urge the Board to grant IPH’s petition so that the
benefits to my community are not lost.
The variance is a closing
condition under the Ameren-IPH transaction agreement.
