The Chemical Industry Council of Illinois (“CICI”) is a statewide trade association representingthe chemical industry in Illinois.
CICI has several members that are to be affected by the proposed rulemaking of aquatic life use
(Subdocket C) and because of the potential impact onto our members; we believe that there areseveral aspects of Subdocket C that needs to be clarified before moving on to second notice.
