Without commenting on the merits of the proposal,
the Board adopts the proposed amendments for first-notice publication in the Illinois Registerpursuant to the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act (IAPA) (5 ILCS 100/5-40 (2010)).
The
Board also reserves ruling upon IEPA’s motion for waiver of copy requirements and directsIEPA to provide, by May 6, 2013, further information in support of that motion.
