Specifically, the Board has
accepted comments from participants and will no longer require the use of ASTM standards fordetermining if a site is a potentially impacted property (PIP) or if the soil is uncontaminated.
And after review of the
comments, the Board is also unconvinced that groundwater monitoring should be required forCCDD and uncontaminated soil fill operations.
