regulations.- In an order dated August 4, 2011, the Board accepted the Agency’s proposal for hearing
and granted the Agency’s motion for waiver of copy requirements.- Rory Davis (Davis Test.).
- On September 26, 2011, Consumer Specialty Products Association (CSPA) pre-filed testimony
by Mr.- Reg. 727 (Jan. 20. 2012). The Board did not receive a comment during the 45-day
first-notice comment period. |
