In response to the filings submitted to the Pollution Control Board
(‘Board”) by Midwest Generation LLC, Illinois Environmental Regulatory Group, ExxonMobil Oil Corporation and Stepan Company (hereafter referred to jointly as ‘the Industrial Parties”), the Agency submits the following Reply which includes further explanation of matters addressed in the Updated Joint Status Report and the Agency’s position with regard to a tentative agreement reached between additional parties to the above-captioned proceeding.
