INTRODUCTION
On June 4, 2008, The United City of Yorkville (“Yorkville”) filed a four-count complaint against 1-lamman Farms (“Hamman”) alleging violations of the Environmental Protection Act (“Act”).
On or about May 7, 2009, Yorkville filed its Amended Complaint.
