Those sections will be amended in R08-9 Subdocket C to reflect the
Board’s findings on the bacterial water quality standards in this opinion and order.
On November 1,
2007, the Board accepted the proposal for hearing.
The Board also granted a
motion filed by the Environmental Groups to sever the dockets.
The Board held additional hearings on the CHEERS
report in Chicago on June 29 and 30, 2010.
