- This Appeal applies to the early action pay voucher for the Taylorville
Municipal Airport, Incident #H2olo-13o2, LPC #021 o6o 5089.- Immediately upon removal, a large
amount of sand sloughed off into the hole, mixing with the contaminated soil.- The material was hauled away to the landfill as contaminated material.
