Terrona Farms requests authorization from the Board to
land apply landscape waste (leaves) to the organic farm at a rate higher than the “agronomicrates” defined as “not more than 20 tons per acre per year” by Section 21(q) of theEnvironmental Protection Act (Act) and the Board’s rules....
