Board on its own motion corrects a typographical error under 35 Ill.- In a letter dated October 5, 2009, the Board requested that the Department of Commerce
and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) conduct an economic impact study of the Agency’srulemaking proposal.- On June 15, 2010, the Agency pre-filed the testimony of
Mr.(2008) (Illinois Administrative Procedure Act).- The Board encourages comments on these
proposed amendments. |
