In addition to proposed changes to the Board regulations, the rulemaking
submittal included a lengthy Statement of Reasons and Attachments A through WW.
On June 14, 2010, MWRDGC filed a motion with the Board for leave to
file the final report of The Chicago Health, Environmental Exposure, and Recreation Study (“CHEERS Report”) with conclusions by August 31, 2010 and to schedule a date for a hearing on that report with additional testimony and pre-filed questions.
The Agency will also review and explain the specific regulatory provisions
from its initial proposal that should be adopted in subdocket B.
