In a letter dated February 26, 2004, IEPA requested that CornEd submit a statement of
justification for ComEd's claim that the CBI Materials constituted trade secret information.
7. There have been significant developments in this matter since it arose in 2004. 8. In light of Sierra Club's withdrawal of the FOIA request, Midwest Gen and CornEd have
asked the IEPA to voluntarily withdraw the Trade Secret Determination.
