1.2 billion gallons of effluent are discharged into Chicago waterways every day,
affecting residents who live near these waterways, and the rowers, fishermen,beachgoers, canoers and kayakers who use them for recreation.
I strongly advocate the implementation of these proposals by the Metropolitan
Water Reclamation District.
