Respondent Dan Bocker was served via personal service on September 2, 2009 and via certified mailon September 4, 2009.
By my calculation of time, this service would not be within the 60 day
requirement for service for the July 6, 2009 inspection date, However, my calculations show thatit should fall within the 60 day requirement for the July 7, 2009 inspection date due to the Labor Dayholiday weekend.
