Sections 7.2 and 22.4(a) of the Environmental Protection Act
(Act) (415 ILCS 5/7.2 and 22.4(a) (2006)) require the Board to adopt regulations that are“identical in substance” to hazardous waste regulations adopted by the USEPA.
The Board requests that USEPA comment on the Board’s
proposal relating to certain of the June 4, 2008 exception from the F019 hazardous waste listing.
