Their own testing occurred only in
December 2007 and February 2008, yet this waste could be inour local landfills, including ones over the Mahomet Aquifer, forever.
If delisting is granted, PDC will
be able to send their treated EAF to any municipal waste landfillin Illinois.
I am strongly
opposed to this delisting request and urge that it be denied.
