It is in this context that I
am writing this letter to make you aware of WERF's efforts.
To begin the peer review process, the research team at UIC provided the peer review panel with
a detailed research plan and quality monitoring procedures in advance of the panel's firstmeeting held at UIC on July 17-18, 2007.
