The Board held two hearings in this proceeding before Hearing Officer Marie Tipsord.
See Section 1010.200. The proposal gives the
proper procedure for reporting the releases, including the appropriate reporting phone numbersfor the Agency and IEMA as well as instructions on electronic reporting. Exelon’s staff is familiar with this level and itcan be determined without analytical testing.
