The Board held two hearings in this proceeding before Hearing Officer Marie Tipsord. Id. A number of other nuclear power plants had also experienced tritium leaks, which resulted in
groundwater contamination. Prop. Section 1010.200. The proposal gives the proper procedure for reporting thereleases, including the appropriate reporting phone numbers for the Agency and IEMA as well asinstructions on electronic reporting.
