The waste that PDC landfills does not generate from
their site.
New excavation will need
to be done, new liners will need to be put in place, and the entire construction of thiscompletely new waste facility will commence, if PDC gets its way.
For PDC to attempt
to claim that what comes out of their waste treatment plant process is their own product isa sad attempt to circumvent existing hazardous waste landfill regulations.
